Eligibility for Returns or Exchanges:

To be eligible for a return or exchange, you must request it within 30 days of receiving your item. Items must be:

  • Unused, in the same condition as received.
  • With tags and in the original packaging.
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase.


To initiate a return, contact us at contact@primehit.store. Returns can only commence following our email confirmation. Unconfirmed returns are not accepted, and we bear no liability for items returned without our consent.


Refunds:

Upon receiving and inspecting your returned item, we’ll notify you via email. We’ll also inform you of your refund’s approval or rejection.

Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within a specific number of days, subject to your card issuer’s policies.


Delayed or Missing Refunds:

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account.
  • Contact your credit card company; posting may take some time.
  • Next, contact your bank. There might be a processing delay.
  • Should you have done all the above and still not received your refund, please contact us at contact@primehit.store.


Exchanges:

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. For an exchange of the same product, email us at contact@primehit.store for prompt assistance.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:

Certain types of items cannot be returned, including:

  • Perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants).
  • Customised products (such as special orders or personalised items).
  • Personal care goods (such as beauty products).
  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
  • Sale items and gift cards are also non-returnable.

  • Return shipping costs will be your responsibility. Note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
  • Delivery time for your exchanged product may vary by location.
  • For items over $100, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of your returned item.
